- Ricotta Cheese 425 gr.
- Wheat flour 0.75 cup
- Egg chicken 2 pieces.
- 1 cup dark raisins
- Salt – to taste 1 pinch
- Lemon zest grated Article 1.5. l.
- Vanilla extract 1 hour. L.
- Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
- Canola oil to taste
Fill the washed raisins with hot water so as to cover it and leave it for 10 minutes while preparing the rest.
Mix the ricotta, flour, eggs and salt in a large bowl.
Add the lemon zest, sugar and vanilla extract. We mixed well.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Mix raisins without water test.
Form the average cakes using a tablespoon and fry cheesecakes to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Blotted with a paper towel ready cheesecakes and served with sour cream / jam / condensed milk.
