Cheesecakes of cottage cheese with raisins.

Ingredients:
Ricotta Cheese 425 gr.
Wheat flour 0.75 cup
Egg chicken 2 pieces.
1 cup dark raisins
Salt — to taste 1 pinch
Lemon zest grated Article 1.5. l.
Vanilla extract 1 hour. L.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Canola oil to taste

Preparation:
Fill the washed raisins with hot water so as to cover it and leave it for 10 minutes while preparing the rest.
Mix the ricotta, flour, eggs and salt in a large bowl.
Add the lemon zest, sugar and vanilla extract. We mixed well.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Mix raisins without water test.
Form the average cakes using a tablespoon and fry cheesecakes to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Blotted with a paper towel ready cheesecakes and served with sour cream / jam / condensed milk.
