Cinnamon rolls with zucchini.

Surely, after reading the title, you thought it was for a combination ?! And it turned out very tasty combination! What cinnamon buns — famous cinnamon rolls — it’s delicious, everyone knows. But add to it the zucchini, and not in the filling and the dough in itself — was causing eksperimetom. And I was very glad that the experiment was a success.

Ingredients: 

-5 tbsp oils

-1 cup milk

-1 tbsp sugar

-1 package dry yeast

-1 cup zucchini natёrtgo

-1/4 tsp salt

-2 3/4 cups flour

-1/2 tsp svezhenatёrtogo nutmeg, if desired

-1/2 cup brown sugar

Cooking method:
