Chicken legs and wings, baked with pumpkin.

From a small amount of chicken and a simple set of vegetables is an excellent dish. Almost nothing to do, just chop the vegetables, put in shape, to season the meat with salt and spices, and send it in the oven for an hour. Chicken will be ready for a couple of vegetable juice, and if among vegetables is pumpkin, then it’s enough juice for cooking delicate puree. Garnish and sauce to baked chicken is not required – potatoes and other vegetables themselves cope with these roles.

-2 chicken legs,
-2 chicken wings,
-300-400 g pumpkin
-4-5 small potatoes,
-1 carrot,
-1-2 onions,
-1 head of garlic,
-1 celery root,
-1 turnip,
-rosemary, salt and pepper to taste

Cooking method:
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Chicken legs and wings rub with olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary.

In a deep baking container lay coarsely chopped potatoes, season with salt.

Then put a little smaller chopped celery and turnips, then – the whole garlic cloves and large pieces of pumpkin.

On top put chicken pieces skin side up, and place in oven for 40 minutes. Mix the vegetables, leaving the chicken on top and return to oven for another 20-30 minutes.
