Ingredients
  

  • Turkey 400 g
  • Pumpkin 400 g
  • 1 head of fennel
  • Cherry tomatoes 200g
  • Red onion 1 clove
  • Balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil 3 tablespoons
  • Fennel seeds 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Black olives pitted ½ cup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces.
  • The head of fennel, cut lengthwise into 8 pieces.
  • Onion cut into 8 slices lengthwise.
