Chicken in yogurt

During a voyage to the Middle East, I was introduced to Chicken in Yogurt, a dish that stands as a testament to the region's rich culinary traditions. Central to this recipe are tender pieces of chicken enveloped in a creamy, tangy yogurt sauce, subtly enhanced with an array of herbs and spices. This blend creates a comforting yet exotic flavor profile, making each bite a revelation. Motivated by the desire to replicate this delightful experience, I embarked on my own culinary experiments. Through trial and error, I crafted a version that recaptured the essence of my initial tasting. Proudly, I offer this recipe, an embodiment of Middle Eastern cuisine's elegance and simplicity, hoping it will inspire others to explore the diverse and flavorful world of global cuisines.
