Ingredients
  

  • 360 g of cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp semolina or cous cous 50 g brew
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • canned apricot halves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 170 C.
  • Beat eggs with sugar (to pomp) is introduced into the cheese, add the vanilla extract, semolina or couscous, spread cottage cheese on the molds, decorate the top halves of apricots, put in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
  • Casserole in the oven does not interfere, do not open the door.
