- 500 g salmon fillet
- 1 cup grated cheese mozzarella, cheddar, gouda, etc. Etc..
- 2 cloves garlic peeled and passed through a masher
- 2-3 tbsp. l. Mayonnaise sour cream
- 1 h. L. Dijon mustard smooth
- 1/2 h. L. paprika
- 1/2 h. L. freshly ground black pepper

- A small bunch of parsley chopped 1/4 cup
- For the crust:
- 1/2 Art. Panko bread crumbs not flour
- 1/4 – 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. l. melted butter
1.First, prepare the mixture for the crust: Mix the bread crumbs, grated cheese and butter in a bowl. Spread the oil in the mixture. Set aside.
2.Wash the parsley under running water and dry leaves. Cut off the stems, finely chopped leaves. Set aside. Rinse salmon fillets under running water and pat dry with paper towel. Diced 5 cm.
3.Mix the spices. Add parsley, crushed garlic, mayonnaise and half the cheese, put in all the salmon and mix.
4.Preheat oven to 180 C. Place the mixture into a baking dish (I got 2 form). If one or the size of about 22 cm by 15 cm. Sprinkle with the remaining half of the cheese, then blend with parmesan crumbs.
5.Bake for 5-7 minutes until browning, then cover with a lid and shape foil and return to oven for another 9-10 minun. Remove from the oven and serve with steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes or the garnish of choice.
