Zucchini with pesto and feta.

You can serve both as a separate dish or as a garnish.


-1 medium zucchini
-Vegetable oil for frying
-50g feta

For the pesto:

-Middle bunch of basil
-2-3 cloves of garlic
-A handful of walnuts
-1-2 tbsp. l. olive oil
-Salt pepper


1. For the pesto chopped garlic slices. Basil and my obsushivayut, remove tough stems.

2.Fold basil leaves, slices of garlic, walnuts in a bowl of a blender.

3.Add olive oil, salt and pepper and grind at high speed.

4.Zucchini cut into slices 0.5-1 cm wide. Heat the pan with vegetable oil.

5.Fry zucchini in vegetable oil over medium high heat on each side for 3-5 minutes until softened and light golden.

6.Add pesto in a pan and warm up a couple of minutes. Remove from the heat.

7.Put in a dish for feeding and sprinkle crumbled feta. Decorate with basil leaves. Warm snacks.
