Zucchini in garlic batter.


Squash — 2 pcs.
Chicken Egg — 2 pcs.
Sour cream — 1/2 cup
Garlic — 1 clove
Herbs (dill) — 1/2 bunch
Olive oil — 6 tablespoons. l.
Ground red pepper — 1 pinch
Pepper, salt — to taste
Wheat flour — 7 Art. l.


1. Make the batter: Mix the eggs, 3-4 Art. l. flour, sour cream.
2. Zucchini cut into rings, salt and pepper.
3. First zucchini roll in flour and then dipped in batter and put on a heated frying pan with olive oil. Fry the lid on each side until browning.
4. Green chop, mix with garlic, passed through a press and add the butter. Mix well.
5. Ready zucchini sprinkled get the green mixture.
