Zucchini baked with egg and cheese.
Zucchini good at any time of year in any dish. This vegetable can be cooked, fry, bake and just eaten raw. Today we offer you a recipe for a breakfast.
Ingredients:
Zucchini 2 pcs.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Feta cheese 50 gr.
Cheese 50 gr.
Green onions 1 piece.
Sour cream 1-2 tbsp. l.
Dill, black pepper to taste
Preparation:
Wash the zucchini, cut in half and cleaned inside (making the shape of the baking).
Put them in boiling salted water and cook for 7 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, grated cheese and grated cheese.
There also add finely chopped onion, garlic, dill, pepper and sour cream.
The resulting mixture fill our molds – zucchini.
Put the zucchini in the pan, add a little broth in which the cooked zucchini.
Bake at 390F degrees until golden brown.
