Potato dough:

  • Potatoes – 3-4 pcs.
  • butter – 1 tsp
  • egg – 1 pc. (I had a home or a small half of the ordinary)
  • flour – 1 tsp
  • salt – to taste


  • steamed green beans – 100 g
  • sour cream – 1 tsp
  • Tomato – 1/2 pcs.
  • solid cheese – 20 grams
  • dill, parsley, basil – optional
  • breadcrumbs

1. Boil the potatoes until tender and mash it into mashed potatoes, add butter, egg, flour, salt and knead the dough. It is soft.

2. Boil the green string beans in salted water until soft (6 minutes). I took an ice cream.

3. recline in a colander, cut into small pieces, and continue to spread on a heated pan. There are adding sour cream, chopped and peeled tomatoes, salt to taste and then 3 minutes.
