Zrazy Czech

beef – 600 g
Onion – 200g
fat – 30g
bacon – 60-70g
pickled cucumbers – 80g

Cooking method: 
1.Meat (beef) cut into thin wide slices, beat off them with salt, sprinkle with pepper. Lay them a slice of bacon, slices of onions (and ideally more salty slice peeled cucumber).

2.Wrap the slices of meat loaf that is not turned, it is possible to tie a thick thread.

3.Then fry the finely chopped onion and put a layer of the skillet or pan. On top lay zrazy.

4.Sneaky broth or water and simmer until tender. For 15minutes until ready sprinkle with herbs.
Threads remove (or do it just before serving).

5.For garnish you can submit a boiled potato, pasta, rice, mashed potatoes, add sauce, stewed in which zrazy.
