Zrazy chops German


beef tenderloin 500 grams
pickled cucumbers 1/2 stuff
lard 50 grams
butter 1 tablespoon
1/2 onion pieces
beef broth 1 cup
melted butter 1 tbsp. a spoon
tomato paste 1 tsp.
flour 1 tsp.
1/2 carrot pieces
parsley 1/2 pieces
parsley 5 grams
salt to taste

Onions and carrots cut into strips and sauté in butter.
Salo slice.
Meat slice across the grain into 2 pieces, repel, brush with mustard, put on top of each slice of pickled cucumber, onion and slices of bacon.

Roll the rolls. Fry until golden brown in butter, pour part of the broth, add the browned carrots, tomatoes, parsley and simmer until tender. 10 minutes before end of cooking, type-dried and diluted broth flour.
When serving pour sauce, stewed in which zrazy and decorate with parsley. For garnish you can submit a boiled vegetables.
