• 500g chicken
• 50g cold butter
• 50g cheese
• 1 clove of garlic
• 3 tbsp. l. chopped parsley
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp. l. milk
• 3 slices of white bread without crust
• breadcrumbs
• salt pepper

1.File mince or chop in a blender. In the resulting mince add the soaked and squeezed bread. Salt, pepper and 2 tbsp. l. milk. Knead well.

2.Prigotovit stuffing. Butter and cheese grate. Garlic crushed. Add parsley. Mix everything.

3.Sformirovat cakes of minced meat. Put in the center of 2 hours. L. toppings. Form zrazy. Dip first in beaten egg, then roll in bread crumbs. Fry on

both sides.
