Zebra Cake in multicookings


● 2 cups (270 g) flour
● 240-260 grams of sugar
● 200 g sour cream
● 3 eggs
● 50 g butter (or 50 ml. vegetable)
● 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
● sachet of baking powder (10g)


1. Beat the eggs with the sugar to form a vesicular mass. (5 minutes)
2. Add beaten eggs, sour cream and melted butter, cooled to room temperature. Mix well.
( I replace the butter with usual oil 50 ml.!)
3. Gradually add the flour and baking powder . Thoroughly mix the dough after each addition of flour, to avoid formation of lumps. The dough should be the consistency of thick cream.
4. Received divide the dough into two equal parts. To one part add cocoa and mix. We get light and chocolate dough.
5. The Cup multivarki grease drain. oil.

after cooking, you can check the readiness with a toothpick (tyknut, if the dough does not stick — you’re done!) Do not turn off the slow cooker and leave on the heating mode ( it will switch on automatically) for 10 minutes!
