INGREDIENTS
zander 4 things. (at 120-140 g each)
chicken eggs 1 PC.
flour 10 g
almond 30 g
oregano 1 g
green beans 400 g
garlic 1 clove
vegetable oil 1 tbsp
salt taste
pepper taste
COOKING PROCESS
1.Prepare lezone. To do this, break the egg, add the 2 tablespoons of cold water. Mix well, add salt, pepper and oregano.
2.Zander fillet wash and dry on a napkin. Fish fillet breaded in flour, dip in lezone, then — in almonds.
3.Fry the breaded pieces over moderate heat in a large skillet or saucepan for 3-5 minutes on each side.
4.Sauté the fish on both sides, add to the pan green beans, thin slices of garlic, a few spoonfuls of water and cover. Simmer for 7-10 minutes until cooked beans.
