Yorkshire cupcake.

Yorkshire tea cake — a real British treat with a pronounced flavor of dried fruit. Berries soaked in fragrant tea, whiskey and spices make this fruitcake juicy, bright and saturated colors taste. Spices can experiment, you can add — anise, ground cloves, a little bit of ground allspice and cardamom. The aroma that filled the kitchen during baking, is simply stunning. This cake will be a nice addition to a celebratory tea.
200 gr. raisins
250 gr. dried cherries, pitted
250 gr. flour
2 tsp baking powder
200 gr. sugar
5 tsp tea «Earl Grey»
50 ml. whiskey or dark rum
2 eggs,
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1.Chay pour 300 ml. of boiling water and let stand for 20 minutes, then strain the tea and tea leaves to remove.
2.Vishnyu raisins and rinse thoroughly, pour the tea. After 20 minutes, add the whiskey, cover with foil and leave overnight.
3.Utrom dried absorb the liquid, do not pour out the remaining liquid.
4.Otdelno mix eggs and sahar.Dobavit dried tea, nutmeg and cinnamon, mix well.
5. Added the flour and baking powder and mix.
6.Formu baking dish greased with oil, put the dough. Heat oven to 160 degrees and bake for one hour.
