Yogurt dressing with green onions.

1/2 cup yogurt or sour
juice of half a lemon
2 pen green onions
2 egg yolks hard-boiled
1/4 h. L. salt
1/4 h. L. freshly ground pepper

Cooking time 15 minutes

Green onions cut very finely, put in a mortar. Add salt and steep yolks; pound into a homogeneous mass. Transfer to a bowl, add the yogurt, lemon juice, pepper and stir.

Serve with a green salad, with tomatoes or cheese.
