Warsaw apple pie.

The result was a very tasty pie with a crispy batter and soft apple filling.

-1 St. sugar
-1 St. semolina,
-1 Cup of flour,
-vanil (or vanilla sugar) and
-1 Tsp disintegrant.

All this mix well and divide into 3 parts. (Just a glass of the mixture out) All the dough is ready.

-yabloki (7-9 pieces) clean and rub on a coarse grater.
-Who Loves – add cinnamon.

Split into two parts.

Form lay a parchment.
1 layer – a dry mixture,
2 layer – apples,
3-layer mixture
4 layer – apples,
5 layer – blend
6 layer – butter from the freezer to rub on a coarse grater and spread evenly over the cake. (120-130 g)
Put in a preheated 180 gr. oven. Bake for 45 minutes Remove the cake and allow it to cool thoroughly.
