Warm salad with salmon


Salmon (large steak) – 1 pc.
Beans (beans) -150 c.
Tomatoes (preferably cherry) – 8-9 pieces.
Potatoes – 3-4 pcs.
Olives (Kalamata) – 8-9 pieces.
Capers – 1 hour. L.
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste
Lemon (juice) – to taste
Olive oil – 3-4 tbsp


1. Turn on the oven to 180 ° C.
2. Tomatoes cut in half, spread on a baking sheet, sprinkled with salt and olive oil.
Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Tomatoes should bake.
Potatoes boiled in their skins until tender. Leave to cool. Peeled (if potatoes are young, you can not clean). Then cut into small pieces.
3. Throw green beans in boiling salted water and cook for 4-6 minutes until tender. Recline in a colander and wash in cold water.
4. Salmon steak salt, pepper, sprinkled with olive oil. Fry in a pan-grill until done.
5. Olives cleaned from bones and cut in half.
Then divide into small pieces.
6. In a bowl, mix dressing: olive oil, capers (shredded), lemon juice, pepper and salt.
When all the ingredients are ready, assemble the salad.
7. On a plate lay out potatoes, beans, olives, tomatoes, slices of salmon.
Pour sauce on top and serve immediately while still warm.
