INGREDIENTS

Dough:

Butter — 125 gr.-chilled.

Water (Ice) — 3 tbsp

Filling:

Pecans (or walnuts) — 2 tbsp. (250 gr.) — Quarters.

Eggs — 3 pcs. (Lightly beaten).

Butter — 50 gr.-melt, cool.

Corn syrup (light) — 2/3 Art.

Brown sugar (soft sugar) — 2/3 Art. (100 gr.)

Vanilla essence — 1 tsp

Salt — a pinch.

HOW TO COOK

Butter, cut into pieces to grind flour in kroshku.Dobavit ice water and quickly knead the dough.
