Drinks and dessert

Traditionally, after a meal in Vietnam drink green tea with jasmine or lotus (exotic teas: Artichoke, from dragon flower, water lily, rose buds). Coffee is brewed through a special “Vietnamese filter” – a metal strainer to the press: it poured coffee, pour boiling water and put on the cup (hot water is filtered drop by drop and brews wonderful drink).

From the most famous national dessert – “Che”, the similarity pudding beans and glutinous rice with fruits (hot or iced). And be sure – any fresh fruit and fruit cocktails with ice and condensed milk!
