Very tender and tasty fries “Romanoff”

The original, hearty side dish of baked potato with sour cream, onions and browned cheese crust.

• -ochischenny and grated on a coarse grater (finely chopped) -kartofel – 1 kg
• -melko chopped onion – 1 pc.
• -terty cheddar cheese – 300 g

• -smetana – 1.5 cups
• -hydrochloric and black pepper to taste

1. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, onion, cheese (1/4 part to delay), salt and black pepper. Add sour cream and mix gently.
2. Form for baking (one large or 4-6 small) grease. Arrange the potato mixture, without leveling the surface. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 min., Until golden brown.
