Very tasty cakes.

● 4 eggs
● 125 g oil
● 500 ml of warm milk
● 115 g flour
● 150 g sugar
● 0,5-1 tsp vanilla without slides
● 1 tbsp water

1. The proteins separate from the yolks
2. Proteins beat with a pinch of salt to stable peaks
3. Beat the yolks with the sugar, vanilla and water
4. Melt butter and cool slightly
5. Pour the cooled oil in the egg yolks and whisk
6. Pour the flour in 3 doses, each time carefully whisking
7. Pour half of the milk, beat well, then the remaining milk and whisk again
8. Gently mix with whites, the movement from top to bottom.

The form of grease and sprinkle with flour (the form to be one-piece!). Pour the dough (dough will even thinner than a pancake). Put in the oven at 175 C for 40 minutes-1 hour 20 minutes. Who then will need less, someone more time, it all depends on the oven. Focus on the exterior: the top should be browned well, and the contents very little sway.
