For the dough:
50 g candied lemon
3-4 with untreated lemon peel

420 g flour
120 g starch
3 tsp with cream of tartar baking powder (can be normal)
9 tablespoons limoncello (lemon liqueur)
9 tablespoons milk
a pinch of salt

For syrup:
75g sugar
7 tablespoons lemon juice
7 tablespoons limoncello (lemon liqueur)

For the glaze:
75 g lemon jam (jelly)
100 g of powdered sugar
about 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
candied lemon or lemon slices kandirovannye for decoration

1. The form of grease with butter and place in refrigerator.
Finely grated zest of 3 lemons, a pinch of salt, butter and sugar whisking whisk food processor (or hand mixer) for 10 minutes until very fluffy mass. Add eggs one at a time, beating each time 0.5 minutes.

2. From lemons to squeeze the juice and measure 125 ml. Mix the flour with starch and baking powder, sift. Add oil-egg mixture alternately with the lemon juice, milk and lemon liqueur. 3. Remove from the oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes, then turn over very carefully on the grill (careful, it is quite crumbly). For the syrup, mix the lemon juice, liqueur and sugar, bring to a boil. Using a thin wooden stick to pierce the cake in several places almost to the base, pour the hot syrup. Cool for 1 hour.

4. Lemon marmalade warm up, grind until smooth and smear them cake.
Powdered sugar mixed with lemon juice, pour the glaze of the cake, decorate with candied fruit.
