Very juicy zrazy.


For the stuffing:
Stuffing – 700 g;
Potatoes are a major – 1 pc .;
Egg – 1 pc .;
Vegetable oil;
Flour for breading.
For filling:
Eggs – 3 pcs .;
Milk – 1/4 cup;
or mushroom stuffing: mushrooms – 500g onion -2pieces.
For the sauce:
Sour cream – 3 tbsp. spoons;
Garlic – 2 tooth .;
Cheese – 100 g


1. Peel and grate the potatoes, squeeze out the liquid. In the beef add the potatoes and eggs, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
