Vermicelli “nest” with minced meat



Minced beef
tomato paste,
hard cheese,
vermicelli nests.

How to cook:

Tightly stuff the nest of vermicelli with minced meat.
Onions, carrots grate. In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry everything. At the end, add the tomato paste, salt and pepper and a little put out everything.
Put in a pot with a wide bottom. On top of it lay loosely stuffed with “nests”, sprinkle with garlic and spices, pour boiling water to the upper level of “nests”. Bring to a boil, add salt.
Simmer 5 minutes without the lid, and then another 5 minutes, covered on low heat.
Then turn off the fire and push the dish for 10 minutes under the lid.
When serving sprinkle with grated cheese.
