Vegetarian salad with noodles.

Ingredients:
Noodles (egg) 200 g.
Peanut oil 2 tbsp. l.
Red onion 1 piece.
Carrot 2 pcs.
Maize (small) 125 g.
Garlic 1 pc.
Bean sprouts 150 grams.
Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Lime (juice) 1/2 pcs.
Powdered sugar 1 hour. L.
Chile (dried flakes) 1/2 hours. L.
Coriander (fresh, sliced) 4 tbsp. l.
Green onions — 4 pen to taste
Peanuts (roasted) 40 g.

Preparation:
Boil the noodles according to package directions.
Cut into julienne carrots.
Chop the onion, cut the ears of baby corn along.
The wok-pan heat the oil. Within 1 minute, saute onion, add the crushed garlic, corn and carrots. Fry all of 2 minutes.
Add noodles ready mix.
Add bean sprouts.
To prepare the sauce, mix in another container of soy sauce, lime juice, powdered sugar, dried chili flakes, some green onions and coriander.
Arrange salad on plates, sprinkle with the remaining toasted nuts and herbs, pour the sauce.
