Vegetarian pumpkin soup

Vegetarian pumpkin soup.

4 tbsp. water;
3 medium potatoes;
1 carrot;
200 grams of pumpkin;
2 tbsp. l. poppy;
spices and salt to taste.

1. Drop in water poppy and spices, bring to a boil and add the potatoes, cut into cubes. Reduce heat and boil until tender.
2. On the vegetable oil to fry the pumpkin and carrots for 10-20 minutes, and lay spices to add flavor the dish.
3. When the vegetables are browned, add them to the potatoes together with the remnants of butter and spices. Bring to a boil and turn off.
4. Give the soup a little brew and safely bring to the table! A great recipe for those on a diet!
