-150 ml of water.

Let’s start with the dough. Yeast fill it with warm water, so that they worked quickly, you can add a teaspoon of sugar.
After 15 minutes, the yeast will be ready. I took 125 grams normal and whole wheat flour to make pizza healthier, but you can get 250g plain flour.
In a bowl pour the flour and salt and gradually add the diluted yeast and mix thoroughly by hand.
Add the olive oil and begin to knead again. If necessary, add a little flour, but it is better not to rush and another 5-10 minutes more a cross between the dough. Gradually, it becomes smooth and pliable. It is in the secret of a good kneading pizza dough.
Cover the dough with a towel and put in a warm place for 30 minutes to approach, in a warm place. During this time, prepare the stuffing and gravy.
