While the cabbage with stewed zucchini, you need to grate carrots, finely chop the onion and lightly fry the vegetables in a pan with vegetable oil
When the zucchini and cabbage are almost ready (after about 10-15 minutes from the beginning of the quenching), they need to add the tomatoes, peeled and diced. I used a ready-made tomato
After 5 minutes, we can only supplement the range of flavor. To do this, add the pan fried onions and carrots, finely chopped garlic and salt.
If you want, you can add vegetables dried herbs and pepper. It was very tasty, especially with finely chopped dill.
