Vegetable stew with tofu.

Ingredients:
-Hard tofu, diced 425 g.
-Bell pepper (chopped) 3 pc.
-Broccoli 340 gr.
-Sesame seeds 1 tbsp. l.
-Fresh chopped ginger 1 tbsp. l.
-Olive or sesame oil 3 tbsp. l.
-Red curry paste 2 tablespoons. l.
-Soy sauce 0.33 cup
-3 tbsp water. l.
-Starch 1.5 h. L.

Preparation:
Mix together in a small bowl all the ingredients for the sauce (curry paste, soy sauce, water and starch) and set aside.
In a large skillet heat oil and fry the tofu in it for 2-3 minutes, until browned on all sides.
Add the chopped pepper and ginger, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add broccoli and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add sauce and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat and add sesame.
Serve immediately with brown rice or quinoa.
