Vegetable nuggets.

Ingredients:
frozen vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, green beans) 250 gr.
replacement for one egg to taste
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt 1/2 hours. l.
garlic powder 1/4 hours. l.
juice of 1/2 lemon to taste
olive oil, 1.5 st. l.

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 380F degrees.
Prepare a mixture of vegetables according to package directions. Cool.
Beat the vegetables in a blender.
In a large bowl, mix vegetables, bread crumbs, egg substitute, salt, garlic powder, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix thoroughly.
Cover the baking sheet for baking. Because of the above-prepared mixture to make small flattened balls and arrange on a baking sheet.
Send nuggets in the oven and bake at each side 20 minutes.
