Vegetable fritters, or balls for American football.

Ingredients:
medium zucchini 2 pcs.
carrot 1 piece.
1 medium potato pieces.
medium onion to taste
1/4 cup flour
salt 1.5 h. liter.
large eggs, lightly beaten 2 pieces.
vegetable oil for frying taste
ordinary Greek yogurt or sour cream 1/2 cup

Preparation:
Clean the vegetables and grate them on a coarse grater.
Put this mixture in a colander and let sit for 10 minutes. Squeeze to remove excess juice.
Idea to mix the vegetables with flour and salt.
Mix egg and hammer. An opportunity to highlight another juice, drain it as well.
Fry the pancakes using oval molds on both sides until golden brown.
Put the pancakes on a paper towel, blot to remove excess fat.
The pastry bag pour yogurt and paint balls characteristic decor. Serve warm with yogurt or sour cream.
