360 ml whipping cream (35-38% fat)
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tbsp of very cold water
2 tsp powdered gelatine
1/2 vanilla pod
+ A pinch of salt

Of this amount of ingredients obtained 3 round Panna Cotta 8cm.

1 vanilla pod cut lengthwise in half and clean out the seeds from one half. Second, save for some other dessert.

2. In a small saucepan pour the cream, add sugar, salt and vanilla seeds. In a small bowl dissolve gelatin with water, leave swell.

3. put the saucepan with the cream over medium heat and, stirring, heat until, until the mixture is close to boiling.

4. Remove from the heat, introduce the swollen gelatin and stir until smooth. Prepare a form larger than your saucepan and pour to ice water.

5. Put on top form with a mixture of cream and, stirring occasionally, cool. It is necessary to add ice to the water to keep it very cold. As the temperature decreases, creamy mixture will thicken slowly because gelatin to act.

6. As soon as the sides of the saucepan mixture began to gather “clots” stir whisk until smooth and pour it into molds.

7. Cover the top with cling film and put into the refrigerator for 6 hours or more (preferably overnight). Serve chilled panna cotta with berry sauce or simply with fresh berries.
