Vanilla cake on a boiling water

The unique recipe in preparation simplicity (no need to divide the whites and yolks) and elegant result. It always turns out delicate, airy, very juicy and flavorful!
Ideal with yoghurt, butter cream and fruit.



eggs 4 pc
sugar 1 cup (190 g)
flour 1 cup (130-150 g)
baking powder 1 tsp
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
cool boiling water 3 tablespoons

Cooking method

Very good beat eggs with sugar until the magnificent state and increased approximately 3-fold. In a separate bowl, mix flour with baking powder and gently stir in the egg mixture (at a minimum speed of an electric mixer or wire whisk gently). Add the boiling water, vegetable oil and then vanillin.

Pour the batter into the pan and bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 30-40 minutes. Readiness can check splinter.

After baking the cake directly in the form upside down, put on the grill and allow to cool.

This cake is baked perfectly and multivarka in my 40 minutes is sufficient, but it depends on the MV model. We have to give a little cool and then remove from the pan, turning the cake on the grille. Such a cake can be easily divided into three parts.
