vanilla bagels

It’s awesome tasty cookies. Fragrant, crumbly cookies in the melting-smelling vanilla powdered sugar — it’s just incredibly delicious. I advise you to try. It just can not not like it.

The finished cookies store in a tin or glass jar.

Ingredients for 60 pieces:
— 200 g butter
— 65 g of powdered sugar
— 10 g of powdered sugar with natural vanilla
— 1 egg
— 180 g flour
— 200 g of almonds ground into flour
— Grated zest of 1 lemon

For the topping:
— 120 g of powdered sugar
— 20 g of sugar with vanilla Pura
— 30 grams sugar

Beat the butter with the usual and vanilla sugar.
Enter the egg.

To mix the flour, ground almonds, peel and knead the dough, the dough turns dryish.

Roll the dough into 3 sausages, wrapped in foil and place in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Heat oven to 180 C to get out of the refrigerator for one sausage, cut it into thin slices.

Each slice is quickly roll out into a thin cylinder (roll out the need to base of the palm, then croissants are equal, if the whole hand roll, the remaining dents from fingers).

Then create bagels and put on a baking sheet, the laid parchment baking.

Place in preheated oven and bake for 12 minutes (blowing).

Mix powdered sugar for sprinkling with sugar and roll in a mixture of bagels while they are hot.
