Unusual Spanish desert- fried milk.


– 6 eggs
– 60 g of corn flour
– 60 g flour
– 120 grams of sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla
– 0.5 liters of milk
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
– 100 grams of powdered sugar
– 1 piece of butter


Put the milk on the fire. In another saucepan rub the eggs with sugar and vanilla, add a mixture of corn and plain flour and mix everything thoroughly.

We add to our mix boiling milk and, without ceasing to stir for 5 minutes.

The cream is supposed to be thick if it is, in your opinion, has not reached the right consistency, then gradually add the corn flour into milk until dessert is sufficiently thick.

To get rid of lumps, skipping get the cream through a sieve.
