Tyrolean cake

4 pieces of chicken eggs. +2 Yolk
sugar 1 tbsp. +2 Tbsp
flour 1 tbsp. +2 Tbsp
cow’s milk 1 tbsp.
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Jelly 1 sachet

To begin prepare biscuit. In a large bowl beat the eggs and beat them with a mixer about 3-4 minutes, gradually increasing speed. Gradually add sugar and continue beating for another minute. Pour the flour, whisking 30 seconds.

The bottom of the mold with removable bumpers put baking paper, snap bumpers, trim the excess.

Rim grease with butter. Pour the batter into the pan and put on half an hour in the preheated oven.

While the cake is baked, make a cream. Warm milk in a saucepan, dissolve the sugar in it.

In a separate bowl, rub the yolks with sugar and flour.

Pour the milk into a bowl, stir the mixture until smooth and pour back into the skillet. Put on the plate and stir rapidly — as long as it becomes thick cream. Remove from heat and cool.

When the cake is ready, cool it.

Cut the cake into two (pan only need one).

Grease cream and send it in the fridge for half an hour.

Meanwhile, cook the jelly according to the instructions on the package. Rinse and dry the berries, strawberries cut into «hearts.»

Put the berries on top of the cake.

Use the spoon to pour the jelly and send in the refrigerator. 30 minutes later you can pour the jelly cake again (you should not try to use all the water gelatinised). Again, send a cake in the fridge — you can at night.
