Ingredients:

Preparation:
Putting 2 eggs, sugar, a pinch of salt, sour cream / yogurt, and 70 ml of vegetable oil.

Knead the soft dough.
In parallel, prepare the vegetables for the filling: thin rings, remove seeds, shinkuem red chilies, diced — onions and tomatoes, thin plates — garlic, finely chop the greens.

We spread the stuffing — mix and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Throw chili spices, tomatoes and add tomato paste. Mix until a uniform distribution of all components, we continue to simmer for the next 3-5 minutes.
