Turkish bread

The balloon ekmek — Turkish grain tortillas, similar to small inflated rolls. Traditionally baked them in the oven and served — hot. In the process of baking cakes as the bubbles are inflated, and the inside of the empty cavity is formed, a kind of pocket. In the pocket made putting meze — a variety of snacks (eg babaganush).

1 kg of flour
600 g of water
5 g yeast
20 g salt
2 pieces of chicken eggs.

1.Pour flour into a large bowl. Make a well in the center. Pour water.
2. Pour the yeast.
3. Add salt.
4. Knead the dough.

5. Give the dough to stand in the heat 20-30 minutes.

6. Cut the dough into pieces.

7. Form balls.
8. Tip from the chef! Since the cake is best eaten hot, do not cook them too much at a time. The remaining dough can be put into the refrigerator and if necessary to tear away portions pieces and bake fresh scones.
9. Each ball roll into a circle or oval.

10. Lubricate the egg.
11. Sprinkle with black sesame.

12. Send in a preheated 220 degree oven.
13. Bake until golden brown.

14. The finished cake bubble gently get out of the oven.
15.Serve immediately!
