Turkeys in honey glaze

Simply elegant dish for Sunday lunch or a romantic dinner. Fragrant, unusual, useful — and at the same time is not complicated to prepare! Try it!
You need:
Turkey breast (with skin and bones) — 1-1.5 kg.
Olive oil
Salt and pepper — to taste
Provencal herbs — 2 teaspoons
Paprika — 1 tsp
Fresh rosemary — 1 tsp
Fresh thyme — 1 tsp

For the glaze:
Honey — ¾ cup
Orange peel — 1 tsp with slide
Fresh orange juice — ¼ cup
Apple cider vinegar — 1 tablespoon
Dijon mustard — 1 tablespoon
Salt — ½ tsp
Black pepper — ¼ teaspoon

Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Shots baking sheet with foil.
Place the turkey breast bone down on the foil and sprinkle a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, season with Provencal herbs and paprika.
Prepare the icing: mix all the ingredients for it in a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Cool: the frosting should thicken. Divide the resulting glaze into two parts: one half of the mix, we will lubricate the process of roasting the turkey, and the second polem already finished dish.
Send your turkey in the oven for 30 minutes. Then remove and brush with glaze. Send in the oven for another 10 minutes and apply another coat of glaze. Repeat this step one more time (10 minutes + glaze). Then bake for about 10 minutes and about 10 minutes to hold off the oven.
Cut the meat into slices. Pour the remaining glaze and sprinkle with chopped rosemary and thyme.

Bon Appetit!
