Turkey with lemon

Very tasty, soft and juicy turkey vegetable broth with lemon.

You will need:
Turkey breast 600g
Vegetable Broth 100 ml
Lemon 1 pc.
Luke 4 pcs.
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Salt
Black pepper, ground

COOKING METHOD

1. Grate the lemon peel and squeeze the lemon juice.
2. It should also be finely chopped young onions.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
4. Lightly fry in a pan turkey fillet with onion and lemon zest, then add the vegetable broth, lemon juice and honey.
5. Mix well and bring to a boil and cover.
6. Simmer need to simmer for 15 minutes.
7. Serve with steamed vegetables or boiled rice.
