Turkey cutlets, apple and walnut salad.

Thus prepared cutlets out very juicy and a little unusual. On the one hand they use turkey fillet, on the other hand, this is complemented by soft crunchy nuts that make up. The very same goes chops taste sweet and sour. It perfectly complements the simple salad of mozzarella, romano and olives.

• 250-300 g turkey breast;
• 1 small apple;
• 1 handful of nuts (I have Brazil);
• 2 tbsp breadcrumbs *;
• Olive oil for frying;
• lettuce Romano;
• 14-16 small balls mozzarella;
• 10-12 olives;
• 2 tsp pesto or olive oil.

* Optional. With breadcrumbs turns crisp.

Cooking method:    
1. Make minced fillet, nuts and apples. Add salt and pepper to taste.

2. From the stuffing sculpt round flat patties, crumble them in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides over high heat in olive oil for a total of no more than 10 minutes.

3. While the patties are fried, prepare the salad. To do this, tear lettuce. The pesto add olive oil to make it liquid, pour sauce or a salad with olive oil. Top spread mozzarella and olives.
