Tuna tartar on a plate with tomatoes.

Great snack. It is recommended to prepare and to please their loved ones. Tuna fish can be replaced by any salmon species.

INGREDIENTS

for tuna tartare:

-150gr Tuna

-6gr Shallots

-2gr Black sesame

-3gr Lemon juice

-1gr Sauce «Worcester»

-12gr Extra virgin olive oil

Five-mixture of peppers

-sea salt

for pickled mushrooms:

-55gr Mushrooms

-18gr Yellow paprika

-18gr Red paprika

-7gr Extra virgin olive oil with an extract of truffle

-7gr Dark balsamic vinegar

-6gr Soy sauce

-5gr Flower honey

Five-mixture of peppers

-sea salt

to mix the salad:

-5gr Lola rossa

-5gr Frise

-5gr Arugula

-5gr Extra virgin olive oil

Besides:

-42gr Tomatoes

-30gr Balsamic cream

-5gr Capers (optional)

Cooking method:             

1. Defrost the tuna in a little warm water (t = 10-15C), dry with a cloth and then cut into 5mm cubes. Shallots cube chop as finely as possible.

3. Connect fish, shallots, black sesame seeds, olive oil, sauce «Worcester.» Season with lemon, salt and freshly ground pepper. Take in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
