Tuna steak garnished with fresh vegetables


Soy sauce – Article 1.5. l.
Lime juice – 1 tbsp. l.
Ginger powder – 1 hour. L.
Tuna – 300 g
Salt – to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Olive oil – 1 ch. L.
Tomatoes – 1 pc.
Cucumbers – 2 pcs.
Rice vinegar – 1 hour. L.
Sesame oil – 1 tbsp. l.
Green onions – 1 bunch


In a small bowl whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice and ginger. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Tuna steaks with salt and pepper and place on heated pan.
Broil steaks on one side for about 4 minutes, then turn and cook the other side for another 4 minutes. When tuna is almost ready, add the cooked sauce and tilt the pan, let it spread throughout the pan. Boil for some steak sauce for about 30 seconds, then turn to the other side and stew for another 30 seconds and remove from heat.
Meanwhile, make a side dish. To do this, mix together chopped tomatoes and cucumbers. Fill all the vinegar and sesame oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve tuna with vegetable salad and garnish with finely chopped green onions.
