Trout with roasted pumpkin stuffed with fennel.

Ingredients:

— 1 rainbow trout,
— 1 onion (small) with fennel,
— A piece of pumpkin,
— A few slivers of bacon,
— 100-150 g feta,
— salt pepper,
— Chives onion,
— Lemon.

Cooking method:

Fennel cut into half rings. Cheese mangled pieces and mixed with fennel, pepper. Salt is not necessarily as pretty salty feta. Trout greased with olive oil, from cheese and fennel mass wrap ribbons of bacon and lay out on a baking sheet with baking paper, drizzle with oil. Nearby lay the pieces of pumpkin, sprinkle them with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Bake 180 degrees etc. squash until tender, 20-25 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped chives onions.
