Trout steamed with cranberry sauce.


Trout 300 g
Fresh cranberries 300g
1 cup water
Lemon 1 piece
Lime 1 piece
3 tablespoons honey
Sea salt to taste
A mixture of pepper to taste
Cooking time – 25 min.

Cooking method:        
1 Two pieces of trout with salt and pepper and place in a steamer. Cook for 15 minutes.
2 In a saucepan, pour water, add 2-3 tablespoons of honey and bring to a boil. There also put the cranberries.
3 and a half of a lemon and lime zest, remove and squeeze the juice. Zest and juice to the pan, add the cranberries. Cook, stretching cranberries, about 15 minutes. Ready sauce rub through a sieve until smooth.
4 fish is served with hot sauce and a slice of lemon. As a side dish you can submit to the trout fresh vegetables or steamed brussels sprouts.
