Trout baked in foil with yoghurt sauce


Trout – 1 piece
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp. l.
Cumin – 1/2 hr. Liter.


1. pickling trout coated with soy sauce and sprinkle with zira. We left for 1 hour.
2. Wrap in foil.
3. Put in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
4. Serve with yogurt sauce.
5. Filling: 100 bioyoghurt whisk with a teaspoon of mustard, a pinch of salt and black pepper, then add the mixture of Article 1.5. l. lemon juice and 2 h. L. vegetable oil.
